Run `snapcraft --shell` without specifying lifecycle step commands Expected behavior ----------------- Snapcraft stops in the build environment shell without running any of the lifecycle steps Current behavior ---------------- Snapcraft runs most of the lifecycle steps excluding the `pack` step
